The term Self-Energy is inspired by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, which recognizes that we all have an innate, unbreakable core of wisdom and wholeness. No matter what you’ve been through—or how disconnected you may feel—your core Self is still there. It’s the part of you that can lead your inner system with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
At Self-Energy Coaching, we work with that truth using an integrative approach rooted in IFS-informed coaching, Brainspotting for trauma recovery, somatic awareness, and mindfulness. We believe that healing doesn’t require perfection—it only requires presence.
