What is Brainspotting?

We connect the body and mind by accessing the autonomic and limbic systems within the central nervous system. By identifying sensations, tensions, or other feelings in the body that are linked to our thoughts, we can locate where blockages or trauma reside. Using a no-assumption model, we observe the interconnectedness of the body and mind as they heal through the release of stored information. This process can significantly impact the individual, transforming patterns that no longer serve them and allowing for the emergence of renewed and healthier perspectives.

In a coaching relationship, the coach and client work together to establish a secure environment that encourages the client to freely examine their emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations. The coach pays close attention to the client's physical cues and body language, facilitating an exploration of the client's inner experiences without any judgment.
