In our coaching work, Brainspotting is used as a self-awareness and nervous system regulation tool. It allows us to gently connect to stored tension or internal conflict that might be affecting your focus, performance, or inner balance—without needing to verbalize details or "dig up the past."

You don’t need to talk about what happened. You just need to be present—and willing to notice what’s coming up.
